Our mission is to promote universal HPE scholarship by harnessing AI to provide guidance and foster global collaboration.
HPE scholarship should be abundant, equitable, and represent a diversity of voices.
Guidance and mentorship should be available regardless of institutional resources or geography.
Theories and paradigms should not be limited only to what you and your mentor can come up with. You should be able to systematically wield all the theories in HPE.
MedEdMentor is here for everyone — no matter your primary language, nationality, institution, career stage, worldview, or economic status. We're building resources that are accessible to everyone, reflect different (and often marginalized) approaches, and meet you where you're at in your HPE journey.
Geoffrey "Geoff" Stetson, MD
Co-Founder and CEO
Geoff trained at the University of Chicago, UCSF, and is currently the Director of Clinical Faculty Development at UIC College of Medicine. A 2023 Macy Faculty Scholar, he specializes in teaching with technology, feedback, and mentorship.
Gregory "Greg" Ow, MD
Co-Founder and CTO
Greg trained at UCSF, completing Internal Medicine residency in 2024. He is now an Assistant Professor in Hospital Medicine at UCSF. A lifelong programmer and creator, he merges technical expertise with health professions education to build innovations at scale.
